One 60 minute initial power session followed by
12 - 45 minute sessions spread out over the next three months
In our initial 60 minute session I will ask a ton of questions.
I want to know everything about your drinking history, your limiting beliefs, your goals, your bigger whys, EVERYTHING!
This will give me a good idea of the trajectory for our next three months together.
From there we will check in weekly 1:1 to begin the process of changing your relationship with alcohol.
Designed for previous coaching clients who need a "check in" or would like to extend their sessions for a little longer. Sometimes we just start to get to the good stuff by the time we hit session 12. This allows us to dive in a little deeper and grow even more.
